Today, Archbishop Carlo Viganò published the personal letter that he had sent to Pope Leo XIV in January. It appears that - despite Viganò having denied that Francis was a legitimate pope - he recognizes Leo XIV. Monsignor Viganò addresses Leo XIV as "Holiness," asks him to exercise his authority, and seeks an audience with him. Archbishop Viganò recounts his long career in Vatican service, argues that he was punished for exposing corruption and doctrinal problems in the Church, explains how retirement led him to reject Vatican II and the post-conciliar direction of the Church, defends himself against the charge of schism, and urges Leo XIV to break with the errors of the Francis era and the synodal project. The letter contains a noticeably heavy use of first-person pronouns and is full of self-reference, emphasis on personal integrity, descriptions of persecution and mistreatment, frequent presentation of himself as a key witness to major events, and relatively little self-criticism …بیہ
@Instaurare Omnia in Christo What Vigano said is blasphemy against the Catholic Church! The Catholic Church, extra ecclesiam nulla salus, is the "last bastion" against barbarism! The barbarism of the "errors of Russia" Our Lady came to save us from. And to save us from people like you and him! He is shilling for the Kremlin! He is a traitor to the Faith!
What trump needs to do is swallow his pride, apologize to Xl for all the hateful things he said and make amends with them. Hegseth keeps lying and saying hey are building up their stock pile again. But they can't. Why can't they? trump made a huge mess with Xl and they hold what we need to make our weapons. The key rare earth that China has. Without it, we can't build any weapons. And I am not happy about this as I should be. I just can't trust trump or bibi.
Dormition Cathedral at Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, part of a UNESCO-listed monastery complex, was damaged during a large Russian missile-and-drone attack on Kyiv on June 15. Ukraine blamed Russia for the damage. Moscow denied targeting the site, claiming that it was caused by a malfunctioning U.S.-supplied Patriot air-defense missile.
@Stepan Rudenko Tell me something. Where do you come off calling me a liar? All because you decided not to look at all our posts for at least the past 6 or 7 years? And ignored the fact that 2 or 3 people were begging us to come and save them and their Church. There are some who remember that if they have been on gtv for years. And there are many. If it was a like someone by now would have denied it. Posts with Church's bombed with the remnants of the bomb showing it was from the UK and US. I and others have posted many video's and pictures of what's going on. My favorite are the independent journalist like Patrick Lancaster who has a channel on youtube going back to 2014!!!! In them you will hear the elderly talk about how he went to them and looked around at the devastation he made to their villages, towns and cities. Who he told them to their face. I hate you! I hate you all! And I am going to kill you all! It's all on his channel. You want proof? Look for it yourself! With him and …بیہ
@Instaurare Omnia in Christo A lie has no feet. Don't lie; instead, give examples of where Ukraine has bombed "numerous churches, hospitals, schools, universities, and museums." Where has Zelenskyy bought houses around the world? Russia is destroying houses and wiping out entire Ukrainian towns and villages!
Putin says he doesn't fear the UK because, "they can't even stop rubber boats invading their country or foreign men raping their women and kids." He also said the British people hate their leader.
Putin works for the Kremlin! This is funny! The only thing he fears is the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Then he won't be able to go through with the Kremlin's satanic plans to destroy Christianity.
Today, Pope Leo XIV received a delegation from the United Jewish Appeal-Federation of New York (UJA-Federation) in the Apostolic Palace. Founded in 1917, the UJA-Federation is among the world's largest Jewish philanthropic organizations, supporting “the poor”, refugees, and other vulnerable populations in New York, Israel, and more than seventy countries worldwide. Welcoming the delegation, Leo XIV praised the organization as an instrument of global Jewish philanthropy. It demonstrates a profound commitment to human fraternity that resonates with the Church's own vision of integral human development. Leo XIV Rejects Discrimination Based on Religion Leo XIV recalled that sixty-six years ago, in 1960, Pope John XXIII welcomed a delegation from the same organization with the memorable words, "I am Joseph, your brother" (Genesis 45:4). Then, Leo XIV observed that this encounter helped inspire a new era in Catholic-Jewish relations and contributed to the development of the Second Vatican …بیہ
“The Church cannot be the receptacle for events and gatherings that have no connection to the spiritual identity and sacred purpose of these holy places—churches, chapels, oratories, and shrines,” Bishop Emeritus Dominique Rey told TribuneChretienne.com (June 13) in response to Paris's blasphemous Nuit Blanche festival on June 6–7. During the event, a masturbating figure was displayed inside a church. Rather than addressing the responsibility of the Archbishop of Paris, Bishop Rey recast the controversy as one example of a wider pattern of general offenses against places of worship: “We are currently seeing an increase in sacrilegious acts, vandalism, and offensive insults that damage the integrity of places of worship, which scandalizes and angers the faithful,” he said. Monsignor Rey's intervention appears to be the first episcopal response to the scandal. #newsTbrnwdjrwb
Saint of the Day, Monday, August 20, 1973 Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira Today I should comment on excerpts of a biography of St. Germaine Cousin, born in 1579, and died in 1601. “If there was a useless, sad and miserable life from the standpoint of worldly standards, it was blessed Germaine Cousin’s. She had a paralyzed hand, detestable health, no education, a spinning wheel, and staff for guarding a few sheep. Finally, she died aged 22. That was St. Germaine’s life for the world. “She was born paralyzed in her right hand and afflicted with scrofula. Death took her mother soon afterward. Germaine had to spend her life under the authority of a stepmother who hated her, mistreated her, and kept her away from her brothers and sisters. “Laurence Cousin had no tenderness for his daughter and very little concern for her sufferings. That scrofulous wretch had for a bedroom a five feet long cubicle in a corner, some vine twigs for a bed, a little bread and water for food, and a stable. “During …بیہ
Why Does Leo XIV Appoint This Kind of Leadership to the Church? During Sunday Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Archbishop Ronald Hicks of New York celebrated the New York Knicks’ NBA championship victory with an embarrassing display of fandom, which included nervous giggling and requests for applause. Holding up a No. 11 Knicks jersey, he told worshippers that he had 'caught Knicks fever' and had watched the entire championship-winning match. He then showcased a FIFA shirt and a Puerto Rican hat to highlight New York’s major events that day. The performance quickly attracted attention online. Catholics on social media ridiculed the Archbishop, questioning Pope Leo XIV’s decision to appoint him as Archbishop of New York.
Job 12:7-10 [7] But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee: and the birds of the air, and they shall tell thee. [8] Speak to the earth, and it shall answer thee: and the fishes of the sea shall tell. [9] Who is ignorant that the hand of the Lord hath made all these things? [10] In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the spirit of all flesh of man.
I don't believe it's just the purring. I think it's also knowing we have someone who cares and wants to comfort us and keep us company. That I believe has a lot to do with it. Especially for the elderly who are alone with nothing but a pet. They are a great comfort for them. They bring a lot of love and happiness into the lives of most of us. Those who don't care for pets and believe we shouldn't own them or keep them outside miss out on a lot of things when owning a pet.
Archbishop Franco Moscone of Manfredonia-Vieste-San Giovanni Rotondo has come under criticism after signing a petition calling on the Il Libro Possibile festival to reconsider hosting Israeli novelist Eshkol Nevo. According to AgenSir on June 15, Monsignor Moscone argued that intellectuals have a duty to speak clearly in the face of injustice. He added that Nevo had failed to provide sufficient "criticism and clarity" regarding the actions of the Israeli government. He insisted that "the issue is not that Nevo is Israeli." Festival organizers rejected the petition and confirmed that Nevo will participate as scheduled, noting that the writer has repeatedly spoken in favor of peace. The initiative triggered sharp reactions within the Italian Church. Archbishop Giuseppe Baturi, secretary-general of the Italian Bishops' Conference (CEI), said that "peace is not built by preventing those who think differently from speaking." Archbishop Carmelo Pennisi of Monreale described the campaign as …بیہ
With Vatican II's document NOSTRA AETATE, non-Christian religions were basically proclaimed to be equal to Catholicism. A huge can of poisonous worms was thus released.

God Brings Good From Every Injustice The story of Nabot and Jezebel highlights the injustice of taking someone’s ancestral land, a violation of Mosaic law. While God’s justice may not be immediately apparent, it will be served in the afterlife. In the meantime, God uses these injustices to help us grow in holiness, teaching us to forgive and respond with charity, even in the face of suffering. Fr. Germany and Curaçao players pray together after World Cup match | Shalom World News After Germany’s 7–1 victory over Curaçao in their opening World Cup match in Houston, a powerful message unfolded beyond the goals and celebrations. As players greeted one another, a small circle formed on the pitch. Nmecha and Jonathan Tah joined Curaçao players, and arm in arm, they bowed their heads in prayer. Rivals for 90 minutes, brothers in faith forever. “In the game we are opponents, and after the game we are all Christians and brothers,” Nmecha shared. A reminder that football’s greatest victories are not only written in goals, but in kindness, gratitude, and unity.

Ice Age Farmer @iceagefarmer FDA Grants Emergency Clearance for Screwworm Drug. A mere 8 days after the USDA confirmed 'New World Screwworm' in Texas (14% of US cattle...), the FDA has now granted emergency clearance for a Screwworm drug, nitenpyram, for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens. They also fast-tracked an injectable drug called Dectomax for dairy cattle, swine, horses, sheep, and deer — a few weeks before the "discovery." How convenient that the drugs were ready to go right as this hits the U.S. cattle herd... This could get expensive very quickly for livestock producers. Watch the southern states closely. This one has the potential to ripple hard through the food supply. FDA Grants Emergency Clearance for Screwworm Drug
