Bishop Michael Martin of Charlotte, USA, ordered every priest to play a password-protected video on a screen during the homily in all Sunday Masses. The nearly ten-minute presentation outlined what he calls his “pastoral vision” for Western North Carolina. Priests were unable to preview the video until receiving the password at noon on Saturday - a precaution that drew questions across the diocese.
