Female Protestant Pastor Leads Catholic Carnival Service in the Netherlands

Protestant pastor Janneke Huizinga stepped in to lead a Catholic carnival celebration in the Catholic Saint Stephanus Church in Borne, Archdiocese of Utrecht. According to Nd.nl on February 17, she called the experience “fantastic.”
The Catholic pastoral worker retired and it was uncertain whether the annual church spectacle would continue.
Determined to keep the show alive, the local carnival foundation began searching for a new leader — and found one from the Protestant congregation in nearby Barchem.
Janneke Huizinga led the service together with members of the local "Catholic" community.
Although she says she is “not particularly into carnival,” she did not hesitate. “As a theologian, I think it’s wonderful that 350 people gather in church for reflection at the start of a festive week. That shouldn’t be lost,” she said.
The theme of the service was “Celebrate with Love,” inspired by 1 Corinthians 13. At her request, the local "Catholic" working group chose the Bible passage …Caman

BREAKING: The FDA just admitted the Covid shots killed more children than they saved. They’re now calling them gene therapy. They’re reconsidering vaccines in pregnancy. They’re even questioning the flu shot schedule. The narrative is collapsing. Accountability must follow.

How sad that so many innocent children and people were hurt and even killed for no reason except to do the evil intentions of the global few who are rich and powerful. And they’re still making money from that experimental shot.

One evening, a man took his elderly father out to dinner at a nice restaurant.
The father’s hands trembled.
His spoon kept slipping from his fingers.
His movements were slow and unsteady.
Crumbs fell onto his shirt. Soup left small stains.
People at nearby tables looked away.
Someone sighed in irritation.
But the son stayed calm.
He smiled gently and helped his father as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
When they finished eating, the son stood up and walked his father to the restroom.
He carefully wiped the stains from his clothes, washed his face, straightened his hair, and helped him put his glasses back on.
He did it slowly.
With patience.
With the same quiet love his father once showed him when he was a little boy.
When they returned to the dining room, the restaurant had gone quiet.
People had stopped eating.
Some looked down, ashamed.
The son paid the bill and helped his father stand.
As they walked toward the exit, an older man from another table stood up and called …Caman

FYI this story is not real. It is just one of many contrived near death experience (NDE) stories from this YT channel. (E.g. none of the basic details of this guy as being an Ayatollah in 2024 or coma or etc. etc. can be corroborated in reality, with good reason!)

Women Heading Vatican Dicasteries Marks “Spirit-Led” Ecclesial Development - Cardinal Ouellet

The appointment of laypeople to positions of authority in the Roman Curia is not a temporary concession, BUT an ecclesiological advance and a "Spirit-led development", “conservative” Cardinal Marc Ouellet, Prefect Emeritus of the Congregation for Bishops, wrote on VaticanNews.va (February 16).
Cardinal Ouellet acknowledges the “unease about a papal decision” given that nuns are now in positions reserved to bishops as there is a “close link between the ordained ministry and the function of governing the Church”.
BUT: He has “no doubt” that Pope Francis’ gesture is promising for the future: “It marks the beginning of recognition of the authority of charisms by hierarchical authority.”
Cardinal Ouellet's article devotes a significant amount of words to elaborating on the Holy Spirit’s role beyond sacramental ordination, as if this were not well-known before Francis' novelties.
Key phrase: "When the Pope appoints a woman to head a Dicastery, he is not delegating his jurisdiction to …Caman

To attribute ideologically driven appointments to the 'Holy Spirit' seems to be an offense against the very Spirit being so perniciously invoked. This same misattribution has been used throughout Vatican II and since to justify the most spurious actions since then.

“Yes.”
“Are they able to do that without detection?”
“Yes.”
“Are you aware of any instances in which that has occurred?”
“Yes.”
Forensic experts testified under oath that election systems in Gwinnett County, Georgia; Colorado; Michigan; and other swing states were remotely accessed from Belgrade, Serbia, by Serbian nationals during the November 3, 2020, election, effectively overthrowing the United States government.

Did the early Christians worship God like most modern Protestants do today? You know what I’m talking about. Casual gathering. Focused on a communal meal vibe. Hands in the air. Relaxed atmosphere. Almost like a spiritual hangout session. Or even drifting into that 60s hippie style emotional expression where structure and ritual are seen as suspicious.
No. That is not what you see when you actually look at history. It is basically the opposite.
Start with the obvious reality people ignore. The Apostles were Jews. Practicing Jews. That means they were formed in a system where worship was defined by law, sacrifice, and ritual. Worship was not improvised. Worship was not casual. Worship meant altar, priesthood, incense, chanting, Scripture proclamation, and blood sacrifice. That is how God commanded Israel to approach Him. This wasn’t optional cultural flavor. This was covenant obedience.
And these men did not suddenly become modern Western individualists after the Resurrection. They …Caman

Una Voce Blames FSSPX of "Throwing a Hand Grenade" in Roman Rite Negotiations

"We’ve waited patiently for Pope Leo XIV to consider relaxing Latin Mass restrictions — the FSSPX has now thrown a hand grenade into this," said Joseph Shaw, President of Una Voce International at a symposium in London on February 12.
He fears that the Priestly Fraternity of St Pius X (FSSPX) and diocesan Catholics of the Roman rite are being “lumped together”.
Talking to OsvNews.com on February 16, Shaw dreamed of “quiet and subtle, but rapid” concession on the Roman rite by Pope Leo XIV.
He blamed the FSSPX’s move to harden attitudes among some bishops and cardinals, who could now view all Catholics of the Roman rite as “tainted with disapproval.”
“We’re not looking for any kind of victory, just to be allowed to remain a tiny part of the Church, contributing in our own way”, he said.
But: “From my weekly dealings with our bishops, however, I haven’t sadly detected any softening in official positions.
Since May, there was no indication that Leo XIV would loosen restriction on …Caman

Quentin, a 23-year-old Catholic, died from serious head injuries sustained during violent clashes outside a political conference in Lyon, France, on 12 February. According to witnesses, the attackers were counter-protesters associated with Antifa militants. Prosecutors have not yet officially identified any suspects. Before his death, Quentin received the Last Rites from a priest. Since then, Catholic communities across France have organised rosaries and prayer vigils for his soul.
