The Catholic Church is infallible and indefectible. The reason the Conciliar Church in Rome keeps pronouncing heresy is because it is NOT the Catholic Church. The modern "popes" keeps pronouncing heresy because they are NOT popes. The fact that the SSPX believes they are the arbiter of what is true or not, what is acceptable or not, is because they are heretics. Just exactly like the Protestants.
